Inviting new users

If no user with the specified email exists in the system, as part of the process of accepting their invite, they will be able to create an account.

Inviting existing users

If a user with the specified email already exists in the system, the invitation will be automatically associated to the user (user_id will be set).

However, the invitation still has to be accepted by the user, for them to join the team.

Emails

For every created invite, an email will be sent to the specified address. Clicking the link in the email will allow the users to enter a process where they can join the team.

Roles

The role field takes one of the following values: member, annotator, admin and workforce_manager
